Research
I'm a linguist by profession with a specialization in phonetics and phonology. I'm a big fan of theoretical phonology, language documentation and linguistic typology. I am currently a doctoral researcher at Ghent University, documenting the phonetics of Surinamese Dutch.
I am also active in the research group EmpiPhon (Empirical Foundations of Phonology).
